Here's how:

Send an email to Tom Bernardin at ellisbook@aol.com and give him the information about your order ("I just bought three books through your web site and they will be shipped to Jane Doe in Seattle, Washington"). You may also use your PayPal confirmation number.

Then, simply state who you would like the books dedicated to, or if you want just his  signature in the book.

This email must be sent now, at the time the order is placed, to keep the information together. If you have questions, email or call Tom during normal business hours (eastern time) at 212-229-0202.

If you don't want your books signed, then skip this step altogether and your books will be shipped.
